I've never purchased any products from Northern Parrots as I am in the USA and don't know how to buy from a system that uses a different currency than me. However, the articles on the newsletter are top notch! I have learned a lot, and also been assured by what I already know through these articles. My order came the next day. The packaging was good. All of the food products were fresh looking and my birds loved them.

My last order came a day quicker than I expected, even during the Royal mail strike . Everything packed well. Then the cat waits to play with the box ?. If the order is put in early it gets processed quicker. Always get special offers put into box

Always prompt delivery, great range of products for our birds. Good quality products with clear descriptions of their products. Free delivery when you spend over a certain amount. We use them regularly definitely recommend.
